Female Cleaning Training Supervisor
Job Description
Training new and existing cleaners on proper cleaning techniques, customer communication, and company policies.
Supervising daily cleaning teams to ensure quality standards.
Preparing training manuals, checklists, and evaluation forms.
Monitoring performance and providing feedback/coaching.
Coordinating with management on staffing, schedules, and client requirements.
Ensuring cleaners follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Conduct onboarding, refresher sessions, and practical demonstrations.
Monitor cleaners on-site to ensure consistent service delivery.
Prepare reports on training progress and staff performance.
Handle customer feedback related to cleaning quality.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in housekeeping/training.
Good communication in English.
Ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams.
Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety.
Accommodation & transportation provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
