We are on the lookout of a female cleaning supervisor to join our team immediately:
Responsibilities
Lead the cleaning team to achieve organizational objectives and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the staff has cleaned and maintained their designated areas adhering to the quality standards.
Train the team members to fill their gaps and ensure all the team members are adhering to the regional regulations.
Prepare accurate reports of cleaning updates and be the bridge between team members and management..
Ensure the proper maintenance of cleaning equipments.
Resolve issues of the team members and raise it to the management upon escalation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
