Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising cleaning operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned areas. Train and guide cleaning staff to ensure proper techniques and standards are followed. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness. Develop cleaning schedules and allocate tasks efficiently. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability at all times. Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Enforce company policies and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in the UAE (preferred). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage). Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
