Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and dynamic

Female Cleaning Supervisor cum Sales Executive

to oversee daily cleaning operations and drive sales for cleaning services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Cleaning Supervision:

Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned sites. Supervise and train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety, and company standards. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure quality control. Maintain cleaning schedules and inventory of supplies and equipment. Report and resolve any maintenance or operational issues.

Sales Duties:

Identify potential clients and generate leads for cleaning services. Visit client locations to assess cleaning needs and provide customized proposals. Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close deals. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met. Meet monthly sales targets and report on progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in cleaning supervision and/or sales (2+ years preferred). Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting. Valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory). Language: English, Arabic, or local languages as required]

Preferred Candidate:

Female, as per client site-specific requirements. Experience in commercial or residential cleaning industry. Presentable and confident in client interactions.
