Job Description

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the facility. This includes daily cleaning routines, deep cleaning schedules, and ensuring that all areas are presented to a professional standard at all times.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform daily cleaning of all areas including studios, bathrooms, reception, cafe (if applicable), and staff areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors. Clean mirrors, windows, and other surfaces to a streak-free finish. Sanitize high-touch areas and equipment regularly (e.g., reformers, countertops, handles). Refill and maintain stock of cleaning supplies, tissues, sanitizers, and paper products. Handle laundry, including towels and cleaning cloths, ensuring timely washing and folding. Dispose of rubbish and recycling appropriately. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to management promptly. Follow all health and safety procedures, including the safe use of cleaning materials. Support special cleaning tasks for events, deep cleans, or inspections.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably in a hospitality, wellness, or fitness environment. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. High attention to detail and reliability. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good communication skills. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Discreet and respectful when cleaning around guests or clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,900.00 per month
