You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining product benefits, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into sales. You will also help identify new prospects through Meta Ads or other online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with potential leads generated through ads or CRM.
Present and explain Our
CRM
features clearly and confidently.
Convert inquiries into paying customers through effective communication.
Maintain daily call reports and track conversion performance.
Generate new leads through online research or social media.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve results.
Requirements:
Female candidate (part-time/freelance).
Good communication skills in
English and Malayalam
.
Prior experience in
sales, telemarketing, or customer support
preferred.
Basic understanding of
CRM, WhatsApp Business, or social media tools

Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional on calls.
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
