to identify and close new business opportunities across industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to communicate value to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
Pitch Turrino's full service offerings with a clear understanding of client needs and how we meet them
Prepare proposals, coordinate follow-ups, and close deals
Maintain proactive and transparent communication with internal team and clients
Meet or exceed monthly business targets (
AED 50,000-AED 70,000
worth of new business, with an average retainer of
AED 13,000-AED 25,000+
per client)
Provide weekly reports on leads, status updates, and conversion performance
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in digital marketing, communications, or agency sales (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self-starter with a proactive approach to relationship-building
Familiarity with digital marketing terminology and service offerings
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation:
Commission-based pay with a
base salary
offered after the first month (performance-dependent)
High earning potential with no cap on commissions
Working Hours:
Part-time, flexible hours (results-focused, not clock-bound)
