Position Overview:

We are looking for a Telesales Agent to join our team and play a key role in connecting with prospective clients. The successful candidate will focus on scheduling consultations, explaining our services, and fostering strong relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach:

Call potential clients to introduce and explain our aesthetic procedures.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage and schedule consultations for treatments.

Information Sharing:

Provide accurate details about our services, packages, and promotions.

Follow-Up:

Regularly follow up with leads to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.

Record Keeping:

Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Achieving Targets:

Meet monthly sales and booking targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in healthcare or wellness. Strong communication skills with fluent spoken English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to handle client queries professionally and empathetically. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines. Familiarity with CRM software or similar systems is advantageous.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
