Female Call Centre Agent

Job Description

- Taking the lead with bookings and proposals sent to sales via email, social media and telephone.
- Assisting the sales team in the reporting of daily activities and results. - Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
- Take ownership of each inquiry and booking.
- Update trackers and generate reports.
- Interact comfortably with colleagues at all levels.
- Provide support and information to the sales executives when required. Qualifications:
-Ability to speak and communicate in Arabic Language
- Minimum of 1 year exposure to Guest Contact environment or call center background.
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Great organizational skills.
- An above average eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate in English language is mandatory. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
