Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Business Development Manager fluent in English and hindi to expand our client base and develop long-term business relationships across regional and international markets. This role is based in Dubai and requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UAE and surrounding markets
Build strong relationships with potential clients in Russian- and Arabic-speaking communities
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Develop and present proposals and business plans to clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain and update CRM records regularly
Requirements:
Female candidates prefered (as per business requirements)
Fluency in English and hindi is mandatory
Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in AV or technology sector
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
