We are urgently hiring a

motivated and experienced Female Business Consultant

to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

sales and business setup consulting

, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage clients from initial inquiry to successful company formation.

This is a

client-facing role

that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of UAE business structures, government procedures, and licensing authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore). Manage the entire company formation process, from initial inquiry to final license issuance. Provide professional consultation on business activities, legal structures, and jurisdiction selection. Handle client communication via calls, meetings, and emails with confidence and accuracy. Coordinate with government and free zone authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) to process licenses and approvals. Prepare and manage documentation for company registration, visa applications, and renewals. Identify and generate new leads through referrals, social media, and business networks. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Stay updated with UAE business laws, regulations, and new free zone offers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

1-2 years of experience

in

business setup or company formation consultancy

(Mandatory). In-depth knowledge of

Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore

company formation procedures. Familiarity with UAE government portals such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus. Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused personality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary:

AED 3,000-5,000 per month + Attractive Commission
