: Female Business Consultant

We are looking for 1 experienced and ambitious Female Business Consultants to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of UAE business regulations and a proactive, client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on

business setup

,

company formation

, and

corporate restructuring

in the UAE Handle end-to-end processes for

mainland, free zone, and offshore

business setups Stay current on UAE laws, including

AML regulations, UBO reporting

, and

ESR

compliance Maintain and update client data in our

CRM system

Draft and review

corporate legal documents

such as resolutions, attestations, and legalizations Build and maintain strong, trust-based

client relationships

Coordinate with

government departments

,

free zones

, and

banks

for documentation and processes

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent

spoken and written English; Hindi

proficiency is a plus Self-motivated,
