Position Overview:
Seeking a female football coach to join our academy in Doha, Qatar part-time, a few hours a week. Develop young talent through structured training programs and competitive preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver age-appropriate football training sessions
- Develop individual player skills and team tactics
- Mentor players on technical, physical, and mental aspects
- Prepare teams for local tournaments and competitions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years coaching experience
- Recognized football coaching certification (AFC/AIFF preferred)
- Experience working with youth players (ages 4-16)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of modern football training methodologies
- Ability to work in Qatar's climate conditions
