Our sports academy is seeking a qualified and passionate
PE Football Coach
to join our team. This role is ideal for a
Physical Education teacher with a football specialization
who is looking for a
partial position
to complement their existing work.
Work Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
(from 5:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions for children and youth, tailored to different skill levels.
Apply PE teaching principles to develop players' technical skills, fitness, and teamwork.
Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive environment on the field.
Monitor and track player progress, providing constructive feedback.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions.
Communicate effectively with parents, players, and academy staff.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
PE teaching qualification with a football coaching specialization.
Proven experience coaching football, preferably with children and youth.
Strong understanding of football techniques, tactics, and fitness training.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Positive, energetic, and committed to player development.
Ability to work as part of a team and uphold the academy's values.
