We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and experienced Part-Time Football Coach to train young players and support our football development programs in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct group and individual training sessions for children and teens
Create age-appropriate training plans focused on technical and tactical skills
Teach fundamentals: passing, dribbling, shooting, positioning, fitness
Organize warm-ups, drills, and match-play sessions
Maintain a safe, positive, and motivating training environment
Assess player performance and give constructive feedback
Coordinate with academy management about training progress and match schedules
Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a football coach, assistant coach, or player
Coaching certifications preferred (UAEFA, AFC, FA Level 1/2, Grassroots Licence)
Strong understanding of youth coaching methodologies
Ability to manage groups of young players with discipline and patience
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Physically fit and able to demonstrate drills
Punctual, responsible, and passionate about football development
