Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and update real estate contracts, tenancy agreements, property handover forms, and legal notices.
Handle and resolve tenant/landlord disputes in compliance with
RERA
and
Dubai Land Department
regulations.
Represent the company in legal matters, arbitration, rental disputes, and official government processes.
Ensure compliance with
UAE real estate laws
, property management regulations, and leasing standards.
Prepare legal reports, case summaries, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide legal guidance on property sales, leasing, renewals, evictions, and security deposit matters.
Manage communication with government entities including
Ejari, DLD, RERA, Notary Public
, and other authorities.
Support company operations with legal advice on contracts, vendor agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and partnership deals.
Review and update company policies to ensure full legal compliance.
Requirements
Female candidate
fluent in Arabic & English
(spoken and written).
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); UAE legal experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of
UAE Tenancy Law, RERA regulations,
and Dubai real estate procedures.
Ability to handle legal documentation, disputes, and negotiations professionally.
Excellent communication, drafting skills, and attention to detail.
Must be currently based in the UAE.
