Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken & written) - essential requirement
Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner at the reception desk
Handle incoming phone calls, appointment bookings and general inquiries
Provide interpretation/translation support (English ? Arabic) for patients and staffs
Manage patient check-in, registration and maintain accurate records
Coordinate communication between patients and medical staffs
Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing
Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area
Support other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
