We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all event requirements from initial inquiry to execution
Communicate with team to ensure smooth arrangements
Prepare event orders, monitor setup, and assist during functions
Support the banquet team with scheduling, follow-ups, and onsite requirements
Ensure all event details are delivered accurately and professionally
Qualifications:
Female candidate, fluent in Arabic
Background in events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong client-handling skills
Knowledge of banquet/event operations is an advantage

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
