Position Overview:
We are looking for a
female, Arabic-speaking Event Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in event planning, strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a passion for luxury floral design. She will be responsible for overseeing client coordination, planning floral arrangements, and managing event execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
Plan and coordinate floral arrangements for weddings, engagements, private parties, and corporate events.
Communicate clearly with Arabic-speaking clients and vendors.
Supervise event setup and ensure all floral elements are delivered and arranged as planned.
Collaborate closely with the in-house floral design team to bring creative ideas to life.
Handle logistics, scheduling, and any last-minute adjustments.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
Female candidate only
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English is a plus
Previous experience in event coordination or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities
Must be based in Dubai, preferably near Mirdif
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events
UAE driving license is an advantage
