Job Summary: We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to join Abu Alnaga Group office located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and partners, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and accurately.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming at all times.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist in general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling mail.
Coordinate with internal departments to support office operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company and services.
