Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling through the clinic's booking system.
Perform patient registration, verify insurance details, and maintain accurate patient records.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services and timings.
Process billing, payments, and issue receipts using the clinic's POS system.
Support doctors and nursing staff with administrative coordination.
Translate and assist Tagalog-speaking patients when necessary.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and compliant with patient privacy standards.
Handle general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document control.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
as a receptionist in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Fluent in English and Tagalog
(spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive demeanor.
Ability to handle high patient volume with efficiency and calmness.
Knowledge of UAE health insurance policies is a plus.
