AlFarah Contracting & General Transport is looking for a dedicated and experienced

Male HR Manager (Native Arabic Speaker with good English Communication)

to join our growing team in the UAE immediately.

Experience Required:

10 years in the UAE

Salary:

AED 10,000 - 13,000/month + BENEFITS

Requirements:



Proven experience in the

construction sector

Experience in

oil & gas projects

Minimum 10 years

of experience as an HR Manager

MBA is a plus

Extensive experience in

mass hiring and workforce mobilization


Compensation:



AED 13,000 + company car

(for candidates meeting all qualifications, including MBA)

AED 10,000 + company car

(for candidates without an MBA)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 15/01/2026
