FBO Guest Services Officer - DC Aviation Al Futtaim - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
The FBO Guest Services Officer role in Dubai, UAE is a frontline aviation hospitality position responsible for delivering premium VIP service to passengers, crew, and guests at the DC Aviation Al Futtaim facility. The role ensures seamless aircraft handling, exceptional guest experience, and efficient coordination of airside and landside operations within a high-end business aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate arrival and departure of aircraft, passengers, and crew with a focus on VIP hospitality and safety.
• Coordinate and obtain required aircraft permissions including landing, take-off permits, and slot requests.
• Manage schedule changes promptly and deliver all services in line with handling requests.
• Ensure smooth transition of clients from landside to airside through the FBO facility.
• Compile and distribute daily shift reports, communicating incidents and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all FBO areas to the highest standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly aircraft movement and activity reports.
• Review and comply with operational notices and regulatory updates.
• Identify, report, and support mitigation of safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow operational procedures and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide personalized service to all passengers, crew, and guests to create a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Escort clients and crew to and from aircraft and coordinate all transportation requirements.
• Process handling files and entries accurately in FBO One.
• Support invoicing in FBO One and handle payments via credit card and cash prior to departures.
• Coordinate third-party services including fuel, catering, ground support equipment, customs, immigration, police, transport, and hotel accommodation.

Ideal Profile

• High School Certificate.
• Valid unrestricted UAE driver's license is mandatory.
• Minimum one year of experience in an FBO or a similar aviation customer service role.
• Previous experience in aviation operations and VVIP customer service.
• Familiarity with FBO One is preferred.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Dubai.
