Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
- Ensure customer satisfaction is consistently met
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and service
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures
- Assist in the training and development of staff
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations

- Working knowledge of computer systems and software
