Job description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately.
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
• Assist the wait staff with table setting.
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
• Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed.
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils.
• Answer guests\xe2\x80\x99 questions about ingredients and menu items. \xef\x82\xb7 Inform restaurant staff about customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)
• Operating POS systems.
• Managing store and packaging supplies.
• Performing daily side work and section clean up duties.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all the times.
• Ensures proper appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming whilst on duty.
• Makes himself / herself familiar with all menus, promotions, and other relevant issues concerning the outlet (product knowledge).
• Reports cleanliness and maintenance issues to the immediate Supervisor.
• Familiar with the company\xe2\x80\x99s internal policies and safety procedures
• Helps in other areas of the if the situation requires.
• To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
• To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,900.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
