F&b Manager
Job Description
Minimum of 5 years working as F&B Manager in the UAE
Excellent grooming standards
Excellent understanding of health and safety aspects and DM regulations
Conducting pre-shift meetings of employees.
Attend to complaints, feedbacks and remedy situations
Knowledge of Financial system, budget and forecasting, monthly report
Provide excellent guest satisfaction and increasing productivity standards by utilizing available resources.
Take corrective actions if necessary to ensure standards are maintained.
Scheduling and training employees and ensuring proper coverage.
Forward solutions and suggestions to eradicate complaints and other comments from guests to the Owners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
UAE sales: 3 years (Required)
UAE F&B Manager: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* PIC (Preferred)
