Job Description
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth seating flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area Handle guest inquiries and special requests politely and professionally Monitor wait times and communicate accurately with guests Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional appearance and attitude Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and time-management skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidaysJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
