We are seeking a friendly and professional F&B Hostess to join our team at the Swissotel Corniche Park Towers. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Assist guests with menu information and special requests Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Support the F&B team in various tasks as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a reputable hotel or restaurant Strong knowledge of F&B products and services Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus) Basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating arrangements Physical stamina to stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Valid work visa or residency permit for Qatar (or ability to obtain one)
