Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented F&B Hostess to join our prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by ensuring smooth seating arrangements, managing reservations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The F&B Hostess will play a key role in upholding the hotel's high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables with professionalism and warmth. Manage the reservation system, ensuring accurate guest bookings and efficient seating arrangements. Provide accurate wait times and communicate clearly with guests regarding seating availability. Respond to phone inquiries regarding reservations, menu options, and general restaurant information. Maintain an organized and clean reception area, ensuring it is always welcoming and tidy. Assist in coordinating guest flow with the service team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance the overall dining experience. Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required by the F&B team.
Requirements:

Female candidates only. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an asset. Arab and European nationalities are preferable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional grooming and presentation standards. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest inquiries with poise and professionalism. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
