About the Role:

We are looking for an elegant, confident, and well-presented

Hostess

( European Lady) to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression, manage guest seating, and ensure guests receive warm and attentive service from arrival to departure.

Preferably EUROPEAN LADY.

(Applicants with strong communication skills, professional appearance, and experience in upscale dining environments are highly encouraged to apply.)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table seating efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and dining area. Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and special requests politely and promptly. Assist with guest check-ins and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Maintain an elegant and professional appearance at all times. Support the front-of-house team with various service tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and confident, welcoming personality. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
