Join our dynamic team as an F&B Hostess in the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Greet and warmly welcome guests, creating a positive first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using our computerized system Guide guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring their comfort Assist guests with menu information and special requests Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Support the F&B team in various tasks as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in organizing and managing special events or promotions

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a reputable hotel or restaurant High school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of F&B products and services Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus) Basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating arrangements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Physical stamina to stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Excellent grooming and presentation skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively * Valid UAE work visa or ability to obtain one
