We are seeking a warm and professional F&B Hostess to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through attentive and courteous service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment and contribute to memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.

- Manage reservations and seat guests efficiently to optimize service flow.

- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest service.

- Provide guests with menus, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and entrance area.

- Assist in handling guest feedback and resolving any concerns professionally.

- Support the team in upholding health and safety standards within the dining area.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

F& B Hostess: 2 years (Required) Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) * Hospitality / Hotel: 2 years (Required)
