We are looking for an experienced and service-focused
F&B Captain
to lead our restaurant team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest requests/complaints
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
Maintain cleanliness, setup, and service standards
Train, guide, and support service team members
Assist with billing, upselling, and revenue enhancement
Requirements
2-3 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
