Responsibilities
To provide a day-to-day support in F&B department by judicious use of time and available admin tools and resources
Help to create and maintaining a unique guest experience and upholding resort brand standards
Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Taking minutes of meetings as required
Assisting F&B team in daily schedule
Updating employee s schedule and payroll processing
Assisting in all F&B admin related tasks
Comply with Four Seasons\xe2\x80\x99 Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
Excellent Computer skills.
High level of spoken and written English skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills.
