What You'll Do
Support design team in
creating and adjusting digital patterns
using CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, CLO3D, or similar).
Assist with
grading
,
measurement sheets
, and
simple tech packs
.
Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure
fit accuracy and quality
.
Help conduct
sample checks (QC)
and track any changes or corrections.
Maintain organized
pattern and size libraries
.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or certification
in Fashion Technology, Pattern Making, or Garment Construction.
1-2 years of experience
in garment production, sampling, or pattern development.
Working knowledge of
CAD software
(Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or CLO3D).
Basic understanding of
fabric behavior, stitching techniques, and garment construction
.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good teamwork.
Experience with
Abayas or modest wear
is a plus.
