Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Fashion Designer Sales & account executive. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative design skills and strong sales and account management abilities. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for fashion, a proven track record in both fashion design and sales, and proficiency in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Management:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fashion industry. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Present and promote company services and designs to current and potential clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client activities, and market insights. Manage Client projects from end to end with internal team

Fashion Design:

Create innovative and trend-setting fashion designs aligned with client needs and market trends. Develop sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new collections. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into design concepts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in fashion design and sales/account management within the fashion industry. Strong understanding of fashion industry trends and dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: Up to AED14,000.00 per month
