Key Accountability
· Maximize and contribute to Sales by focusing on two or more Concepts billing. (Only Fashion and excludes Hard Goods, Toys, perfumes and cosmetics)
· Maximize UPT /upselling by selling the "Fashion Look" based on Customer Preferences/Personality from among the four Brands.
· Recommending brands and styles of clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories based on customer needs.
· Give personal shopping and styling experience to Frequent and Loyal Customers from existing Store database.
· Focus on New Collections, Launches, Best Sellers and Customer preferences.
· Increase the Frequent customer shopping database by adding new customers to the Fashion Advisor Loyalty List.
· Ensure proper Customer Tagging of Invoices for Billing. Maximize Sahla to complete Billing.
· Give after Sales Service on Returns for service customers. (E.g.: alteration, exchanges etc.)
· Ensure personal grooming standards reflect that of a Stylist / Model.
· Support customer queries during trial room assistance.
· Additional support to promote selling of Shukran Gift Cards, Non-counter POTM & POD and OMNI channel . Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Travel:
