Follow trends and maintain timeless knowledge of fashion principles to create, share, and develop the team's fashion expertise. Drive sales by consistently demonstrating remarkable clientele selling skills, focusing on the individual customer and their fashion, as well as their wardrobe needs. Determine customer needs based on personal features, preferences, and wardrobe selections Provide advice and expertise on different s, colors, and styles. Use product knowledge tools and available in-store technology to share features, benefits, and trends with customers.
