We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations on the farm, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and according to the set standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of farm operations, and the ability to effectively manage a team of farm workers. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily farming activities such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, and equipment maintenance
- Supervise and manage farm workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor and maintain farm infrastructure, including buildings, fences, and machinery
- Manage inventory and procurement of farming supplies and equipment
- Implement and enforce best practices for pest and disease control, weed management, and soil conservation
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational plans and strategies
- Maintain accurate records of farming activities, production, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards related to farming operations.
