We are looking for a Agriculture farm Supervisor to manage multiple farms and supervise farm workers. Role:

overseeing daily farming operations (including planting, harvesting, nursery, and irrigation processes)
ensuring the efficient and effective management of agricultural activities
supervising farm workers
implementing farming plans and maintaining a high standard of productivity and quality
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices.
Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures.
