The Farm Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the
safety and security of the farm premises, assets, staff, equipment, and livestock
. They will monitor and patrol assigned areas, control access, respond to incidents, and escalate security issues in line with UAE security protocols and company procedures.
Security Operations
Conduct
regular patrols
of fields, buildings, fences, gates, and remote sites.
Monitor and operate security systems, such as
CCTV, alarms, and access points

Access Control
Check and verify the
identity of visitors, staff, and contractors
before allowing entry.
Record and manage
visitor logs and vehicle entry/exit

Incident Response
Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious activity.
Report and document
security incidents, hazards, or irregularities
immediately.
Assist in emergencies (fire, theft, trespass, animal escape, etc.) and coordinate with authorities when required. Mahad Manpower UAE
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and local UAE regulations.
Assist with
fire safety equipment
, first aid basics, and emergency evacuation procedures.
Maintain security equipment and report malfunctions for repair.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare
daily logs, incident reports, and shift handovers
accurately.
Report to the Security Supervisor or Farm Manager with updates and concerns.
