Plan, Coordinate and control laboratory Activities with the objective to ensure that products and materials meet drawing specification. Program, plan, perform and supervise laboratory equipment/ Tests. Keep records of results and inform affected departments. Ensure analysis timing of returns, according to customer requirement; Study, analyze and develop product specifications, test method and needed resources to conduct customer returns. Plan Laboratory testing projects, and analyze the research and application cost/ Invest to execute them. Participate in Product development. Ensure correctness of the test results and reports. Analyze and define with internal and external team, the requirement that product should accomplish. Contact Customers and suppliers to manage resources, material and equipment needed for test. Contact external laboratory to complete tests when needed. Ensure product development confidentiality. Accomplish internal norms/ policies
