Factory Purchaser
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase raw materials, fittings, and components for furniture production (wood, foam, fabric, hardware, etc.)
Maintain and build relationships with existing and new suppliers
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions to ensure cost efficiency
Monitor stock levels and place orders to prevent shortages or production delays
Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to align supply with demand
Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
Resolve issues related to damaged goods, delays, or supplier discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and inventory levels
Keep up to date with trends in materials, pricing, and new suppliers in the furniture industry
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience in the furniture manufacturing industry
(Required) Strong understanding of furniture production materials and components Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with purchasing software and inventory management systems Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentContact no - 971 58 908 8107

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
