Looking for Minimum 5 years of experience Candidate.
Supervise the daily production based on cutting lists issued by the design/technical team.
Review and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists to ensure accuracy before issuing to the factory floor.
Coordinate and allocate tasks to machine operators, carpenters, and other production staff based on the cutting schedule.
Ensure materials are used efficiently with minimal waste through optimization of cutting plans.
Monitor quality control at each stage of the cutting and assembly process.
Liaise with the design, procurement, and site teams to align production schedules with project timelines.
Troubleshoot any discrepancies or issues with cutting lists or material shortages.
Maintain proper documentation and records of production output, material usage, and wastage.
Supervise CNC, panel saw, edge banding, and other machinery operations as per job requirements.
Enforce safety and housekeeping standards across the production area.
Train and support production staff to improve skill levels and productivity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
