We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Factory Manager

with a strong background in

chemical plant operations.

The role involves supervising daily plant activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, managing production schedules, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety. Implement operational procedures, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor and control production schedules, output, and resource utilization. Manage inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products. Supervise and guide plant staff, including engineers, supervisors, and operators. Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and quality teams to optimize workflows. Conduct plant inspections and address operational issues promptly. Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

4-6 years of experience

in chemical plant or manufacturing operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, safety standards, and environmental compliance. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/production management systems.
