Factory Helper
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Factory Helper assists in various production and manufacturing processes within the factory. This role includes tasks such as cleaning, loading/unloading materials, supporting machine operators, and ensuring overall cleanliness and efficiency on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers and machine operators with day-to-day tasks
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
Move products and materials using hand trucks or pallet jacks
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform basic quality checks on products
Pack, label, and store goods properly
Dispose of waste and unused materials
Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazard to supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
No formal education required; High School Diploma preferred
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if needed
Basic understanding of safety and hygiene in industrial settings
Team player with a positive attitude
Work Environment:
Factory setting with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery
Standing for long hours and performing repetitive tasks
May require safety gear like gloves, boots, and helmets
