Our client, a leading packaging factory based in Dubai, is looking to hire dedicated and hardworking
Factory Helpers
to join their team. The role involves assisting in day-to-day operations on the factory floor to ensure smooth production and packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators and production staff with daily tasks.
Load and unload materials and products.
Sort, pack, and label finished goods as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Follow health and safety regulations strictly.
Perform basic quality checks on finished products.
Support warehouse staff when needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is an advantage.
Physically fit.
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
Must be currently available in the UAE.
