Job Summary

We are hiring Helpers for a reputable marble and granite company based in Sharjah, UAE. This role involves manual labor and general assistance with warehouse, logistics, and site operations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload materials at warehouse and delivery points

Pack, label, and organize goods and inventory

Assist with moving, stacking, and arranging products

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace

Follow safety procedures while handling goods and equipment

Support stocktaking, inventory tracking, and dispatch tasks

Help with basic product assembly or preparation as needed

Perform labor duties as directed by supervisors

Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in helper, warehouse, or logistics roles (preferred)

Physically fit and able to lift moderate to heavy loads

Willing to work in warehouses, open sites, or non-air-conditioned environments

Basic understanding of safety and hygiene protocols

Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members

Flexible to work overtime or different shifts as required

Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Urdu

Working Conditions

6-day work week

May involve long hours of standing, lifting, or bending

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and uniforms will be provided
