Job position : helper for injection mould Factory
Location of the interview : Ras Al khaima , z2S02-32, Zone 2 Al Hamra, unit 2 , shed 32 warehouse
Tasks:
Machine Setup & Maintenance
Assist in tightening and securing the mould on the injection machine.
Connect water tubes to the mould for cooling.
Fill the chiller with water and ensure proper flow.
Clean the injection machine daily (surface, hopper, floor area).
Report any machine leaks, noises, or irregularities to the operator or Me.
lubricating mould moving parts if required.
Raw Material Handling
Upload raw material to the loader or hopper.
Check and clean the material hopper before each batch.
Prepare masterbatch
Collect and recycle runners/sprues in the crusher.
Product Handling
Separate runner from finished product after ejection.
Pack finished products in appropriate boxes or bins.
Deliver packed products to location 49 (or designated warehouse).
General Support & Safety
Keep the working area clean and organized (5S).
*Able to lift 30kg items
