Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians and skilled workers in daily operations.
Load, unload, and move materials within the factory or site.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace.
Support in assembling and packing HVAC equipment or materials.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper use of tools and machinery.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
Previous experience in a factory or construction environment is a plus.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including overtime if required.
